Company Origin
Our parent company, Smith Terminal Distribution Systems, began in 1958 as a full- service distribution company, headquartered in Miami, Florida. Over the past four decades, the company successfully expanded its services to domestic and international transportation, customs brokerage, and forwarding.

Presently, the Smith Group of companies, are engaged in every aspect of the logistics industry, meeting and exceeding customers’ expectations.

The company’s expansion of services has been achieved exclusively through increased business and reference from existing clients.
